ORDNANCE DIRECT makes every effort to keep all items listed for sale in inventory. However, due to the highly volatile market for all arms related hardware, and extreme product demand, sometimes we may be sold out temporarily. Surplus items are very subject to availability, as these items are traded by our suppliers on a global basis. Please indicate at time of order if you  would prefer out of stock items to be temporarily backordered or cash refunded. We will accomodate our customers needs as much as humanly possible!

REASONS WHY WE DO NOT KEEP OR SELL CUSTOMER INFO!

1) YOUR SPOUSE!! You may not want her/ him to know you just bought something else, I don't want my customers to have trouble, marrital or otherwise! 2) ATF does NOT require it!! There is NO ATF regulations that state retailers must keep lists of customers purchasing non- FFL items, so why should I waste my resources?? 3) Internet HACKERS  I have not had any trouble with hackers, but I know that other companies have. Every day you hear in the news about some company (or government agency, REAL scary!) losing vital info to some hackers looking for a quick way to get rich. Why risk it? 4) Potential for future law changes Politics are unstable right now, (a reflection of an unstable world as a whole), and there is always a chance of another assault weapon ban in the future, and it could possibly even include an all out ban on posession this time, with no grandfathering of legal "preban" types, like the old AWB provided for. If this would happen, companies would be forced to provide lists of customers. I WILL NOT DO THIS TO MY VALUED CUSTOMERS!!! 5) I do not send out flyers or catalogs at random, so why should I bother with keeping lists? Too much paperwork!!! I offer this service to better serve the American People, for the preservation of this great nation, and Her basic fundamentals. Privacy is dear to me, as freedom is, and I vow to uphold the interests of America.  If you don't like this idea/ concept, go somewhere else, like RUSSIA!!!
