We regret to inform that customers in the following areas are subject to certain restrictions that must be adhered to, regardless of how ignorant the laws are. Unless legislation changes, we cannot/ will not ship restricted items to those areas. Ordnance Direct urges you to contact your local authorities or the BATFE for information on these and other applicable restrictions. THE PURCHASER IS ULTIMATELY RESPONSIBLE FOR HIS/ HER OWN ACTIONS RELATED TO PURCHASE, TRANSPORT, USE, STORAGE, AND RESALE OF ALL PRODUCTS. The end user cannot hold Ordnance Direct responsible, as we have no control of the product after it leaves our posession.
New Jersey:15 rd. max capacity for all  firearms
California: 10 rd. max capacity for all magazines/ NO machine gun related parts or kits
Maryland: 20 rd max capacity for all magazines
Massachusetts,  and South Bend, Indiana: NO high cap mags
DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA: NO SALES, Sorry, please do not order.
New York CITY: NO magazines over 10 rounds, or machine gun parts/kits. New York State okay for mags marked PREBAN ONLY!!!! You MUST be out of NYC District to order MG related parts, that means NO Queens, Long Island, or any area within 50 miles outside established area. WE CHECK!
San Francisco city and surrounding County: NO SALES, Sorry, Please do not order
Washington State: NO machine gun related parts or parts kits
ALL CURRENT NFA/GCA RESTRICTIONS APPLY WHERE APPLICABLE, AND MUST BE ADHERED TO.PLEASE, do not contact us for legal advise, we are not equipped to do so, contact BATFE or your local authorities with questions.( They really aren't THAT bad to speak with, anyhow!)
OHIO cities of Columbus, Cincinnati, and Toledo: NO mags over 10 rds./shotgun mags over 5 rds.
Hawaii: No pistol magazines over 10 rounds (rifles okay) Call for special shipping rates.
GOVERNMENT/ LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCIES are encouraged to order, fax/mail a copy of letterhead, and request quotes on all products. We can supply your dept. requirements for equipment, ANY area in the United States!
 
We apologize deeply for any inconvenience that the above said restrictions may cause, but these are not our rules. These are the established rules/laws of the legislators that govern these areas, so it is YOUR job to change the laws. We at Ordnance Direct Company are not equipped to know every aspect of your local laws, but make every attempt to adhere to the known laws. The burden is ultimately and unequiviquably the customers to know the local codes, and be held responsible for the consequences of not acting within their limits. By purchasing or even contacting us, the customer fully accepts all responsibility of his/her actions / misconduct, and releases Ordnance Direct Co. and its owners and affiliates of any legal actions, be it criminal involvement or civil suit.
